  • We want to free the [-0-] flag. We want the Aboriginal flag to be treated like every other recognised national flag in the world.
  • We want to celebrate the Aboriginal flag without permission.
  • We want to see more black flags in the world.
  • We want the consumer to have freedom of choice of whom they purchase their flag products.
  • We don't want to pay more for all our [-0-] merchandise.

We are turning our colours upside down signalling that we are distress and to create awareness and urgency around this issue.

    Due to COVID-19, we are currently unable to take exchanges for 'Change of Mind'. This means that we ask that you take care in selecting your size/colour whilst purchasing with us. We understand that everyone must do their bit to stop COVID-19 and protect our Community and everyone around us. We hope that you understand that we're doing this with you all in our hearts. 

    For now, we are only able to offer a refund or exchange for a faulty item. In this case, we would not ask for the faulty item to be returned to us.

    Just so you know, this is our out of COVID-19 Returns and Exchange Policy...

    If for any reason you aren’t 100% happy with your online order, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund with following conditions:

    • You can return your purchase up to 14 days from the day you receive your item.
    • You will be responsible for any postage fees for returns. 
    • Clothing The Gap has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been purchased prior to processing a refund or exchange. Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition.
    • Please complete the returns form below and include it with your items. All returns and exchanges to be delivered to: Clothing The Gap Returns, Po Box 414, Preston, 3072, Victoria, Australia.

    When will my refund or exchange be processed?

    • As soon as your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know your refund has been issued.
    • Please allow up to 10 days for your exchange and/or return to be processed and for your refund to appear in your account. 

    We will always do our best to process all returns as soon as possible. If you have posted your return but haven’t heard back, please feel free to contact us and we will look into this for you.
